Named for the virgin followers of St. Ursula by Christopher Columbus, the Virgin Islands comprise an archipelago now owned by the United States and Great Britain. We planned a stay at the Westin Resort on St. John, one of the U.S. Virgin Islands, but saw plenty of the British Virgin Islands as well. One thing is certain: No matter what flag flies above them, these islands are truly paradise. Seeking a stress-free, fun, tropical escape, we got exactly what we wanted. We went diving, shopping, swimming, dining, sightseeing.... At the end of the trip, we agreed that the one thing we should have done more of was nothingthat is, sit around on the beach and relax. But we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Follow the links below to relive the trip through words and pictures. E-mail
