When I first moved to Virginia a year ago, I had planned to take a dive trip to Nassau, Bahamas to do the famous shark dive at Stuart Cove's. That trip fell through at the last moment, but this year I had another chance to do the same trip. All I can say is, "What a rush!" Kneeling on the sea floor while scores of hungry reef sharks swam around me has to be the wildest thing I've done since working at Sea World. I traveled with a group from Oceanblue Divers, a New York City-based dive club loosely affiliated with the D.C.-based Meetup.com scuba group that I'm involved in. With a crew of 31 divers, we were assured as much fun topside as we had underwater (as you'll see in the photos below). Note: Links open a new window at YouTube.
